Parents
Register a new student, download important documents, check grades and see what is for lunch. Registration is online through TeacherEase. Bring the paper documents to the school office and a secretary will finish the process with you. If you cannot find something here, call the district office at 618-568-1321.
Enrolling
New to the District
Start Online
Fill out the new family registration form with the student’s legal name, birth date and the addresses and phone numbers for each guardian.
Complete the Forms
After the form in step one is complete, the office will review it and set you up with a TeacherEase account. With this account you can fill out the rest of the online registration forms.
Bring in Documents
Certified birth certificate, two proofs of residency, immunization and physical records, and custody paperwork if it applies.
Attendance, Meals, and Grades
- Attendance, grades, and assignments are in TeacherEase for all of our students.
- Call the school office before 9:00 a.m. when your child will be absent. Illinois counts unexcused absences toward truancy, and the district follows up early rather than late.
- Breakfast and lunch are served every school day. The monthly menu can be found below.
- Weather closings go out by phone message, on the Facebook page, and to the Southern Illinois news stations.
